Cosy-Night-In Films That Rock

Sometimes we all just need to take a step back, put on the kettle and cosy up on the couch to watch a good film. I am all about these cosy nights in - especially at this time of the year. I know, I know... I'm in college and am supposed to be partying all day everyday. That is just not always my buzz. Recently I am far more likely to be found sitting in my flat sipping on a honey and lemon drink and watching one of the following films:

1. Peter Pan: Anybody who knows me has definitely heard me harp on about how much I love the 2003 live action version of this film more than life itself. It makes me laugh and cry and have all the feels really. It is excellent for helping you unwind and reminding you that life is about fun and friends and love after a manic day at school, college, or work.

2. Bridget Jones's Diary: Quite possibly one of the greatest films ever made, Bridget Jones's Diary is a hilarious and heart warming film that will be the cherry-on-top of any gals cosy night in. I just love how witty this film is. I always have a good chuckle with this one so if you're looking for something feel good pop this on your tele. Also, I would never say no to a chance to see Colin Firth and Hugh Grant on my screen.

3. Coco Chanel: This one is a two part made-for-TV movie so you may need to clear your schedule to watch it. It is long but so awesome and a great one to help you get inspired about life and career and just about everything. "If a convent girl with no money can become Coco Fricken Chanel then I can do anything" is usually my main thought after watching this film. Also it is miles better than 'Coco Before Chanel' which is the film about Chanel that debuted on the big screen in 2009.

Leave me a comment and let me know what some of your fave films are.
